We want you to love your order. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day it is delivered.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. Customers in the EU and UK always have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How to request a return

Email us at support_hollyavolia@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items should be returned with all parts and accessories included.

Return shipping

If your item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, we cover the return costs or send a free replacement. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or not working, email us a photo or short video and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to process it.
